Sidebar settings are located in Theme Options > General Settings tab:

 

You can enable or disable sidebar widgets to show in the menu. Also change the alignment of sidebar icon and sidebar container.

To add widgets to sidebar go to Appearance > Widgets, and add widgets to “Main Sidebar” area:
