Each page has it’s own parameters area that will be valid for that page only. You can find detailed information about Parameters and Options for each post type here:

• Page Parameters and Options — General options, shown in posts and portfolio post types too.
• Post Parameters and Options — Blog post related parameters and options only.
• Portfolio Parameters and Options — Portfolio related parameters and options.

If you don’t see Parameters and Options area: 1. Please make sure the options are not collapsed. To expand them simply click on the top right caret, or 2. See if Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin is installed and activated.
